For the Harry Potter series, Mrs. West has created seven painted tea bags featuring memorable aspects of the JK Rolling Fantasy Book series, including the Hogwarts Express, Sorting Hats and Hogwarts.
Her Lord of the Rings Tea Bag – there are seven – silhouettes of Shogollum, Dragon Eyes and Fantasy Series characters walking down the mountains.
She said it took several hours to make each tea bag.
She started by drying the tea bags, then cut them out, removed the tea and ironed them flat.
I then recorded the edges on tape, placed the tea bag on backing paper, applied base layers, and created various scenes using acrylic paint.
